Our ability to provide exceptional, specialist care to clients with complex needs in a friendly, relaxed environment has secured strong working relationships with various organisations. Today Local Health Boards provide the majority of our referrals. However we would encourage anyone looking for more information or advice concerning our services to contact us.

Through our admissions process we are committed to:

• Providing prospective clients and their families/representative with the information essential to enable them to make an informed decision
• The encouragement of an introductory visit prior to admission
• Obtaining referral information regarding service users diagnosis, daily living skills, disabilities and social/medical history
• Assessing the needs of the client prior to admission to ensure that care needs can be met within our facility
• Involving the client throughout the process to ensure that their aspirations and expectations can be met and any concerns answered accordingly
• Providing the support and guidance on the first and early days post admission to ensure that the client is made to feel secure and comfortable,
  helping them to “settle into” and become comfortable with their new surroundings
